Characterised by the belief that the parts of something are intimately interconnected and explicable only by reference to the whole.

Bloom (noun) A flower

(verb) Come into or be in full beauty or health; flourish. 

 

A Bit About Me

 I have always been inspired by nature and interested in natural solutions for health and wellbeing. 
I studied Reflexology alongside working full time in advertising, which was my career for many years.

Since qualifying in 2004 I have had my son, got married and started another creative

business with 2 other partners, which has since closed.

I eventually decided the time was right to follow my passion and set up my

Holistic Therapy practice, sharing the benefits of natural health with others..

 I continue to learn and develop to bring you the very best relaxing and restorative experience.

I have since added the lovely therapies of AromaReflex and Reiki to my offering.

 

Holistic Therapies

I offer the wonderful relaxing therapies of Reflexology, AromaReflex and Reiki from The Green Room at the Long Ashton Community Centre and my therapy room at home in Portishead.

I like to create a calm and friendly space where you can feel completely at ease.

Alongside my therapies I am pleased to be able to offer Neal's Yard Remedies Organic

Holistic Blooms

I love to make seasonal wreaths and decorations inspired by nature.

These are all sustainable, made using local, foraged foliage, plants and other natural finds.

Everything is biodegradable and compostable or reusable.

I also host seasonal wreath making workshops, particularly around Christmas.
